  We own a local business that, before tonight, sent MANY of our patrons to Bell's Mansion. Tonight we had the absolutely worse experience. It started with the broke spealer in our diningsroom cutting in and out every few seconds. It was torture. After waiting at our table (most of the time with the broken speaker squeeling and cracking) for 2 hours for our meal, they repeatedly brought out undercooked (raw) Beef Wellington to three of our group. One should have been medium well and it was almost raw. Came right out and stated they "Promised not to spit our food if we wanted it cooked more". No apology just promised not to spit on the food. To even say that... what the heck. They blamed the slow service and cooking issues on it being a Monday. So it is okay to treat you customers badly because it is Monday? Can anyone use that excuse? Then there was the Chelan Sea Bass. $28 for a piece no bigger than my thumb. Rib Eye and Pork Ossobuko were good. Onion rings were raw. Dont undeestand how that was even possible. Lobster and shrimp risotto had no flavor... not seasoned at all. Very, very disappointed. Watress spilled martini all over one of our groups dry clean only coats. Told our guest to drive back 75 miles after getting the coat cleaned and give then the bill. No apology. No offer to remove any charges for the undercooked and tiny meals from the bill. Even added the tip to the bill automatically with no offer to adjust for the raw meat and VERY SLOW services. Then we attempted to use Discover Card to pay the bill and they would not accept that card. ATM in the lobby did not work. At least they accepted AMEX. We will be removing Bell's Mansion from our website as a recommendation and removing their menu from our samples for our guests. They offered a round of drinks finally but it was too little WAY too late. 3 hours after arrving we finally were able to get out of there after paying the bill which was $400 including the forced tip for 8 people.
